    Rights to Education

    Bonjour,

    It is important for students to have access to education in the two official languages of Canada.  In British Columbia, the courts have just confirmed an element of those rights.  Minority rights refer to the rights of French speaking citizens to have French-language education in provinces and territories where English is the dominant language. That is the case for Ontario.
