There are 46 regions in the province where a substantial number of Francophones with Charter rights do not have access to a French-language public secondary school or elementary school. This situation must be remedied.

Equal does not mean “the same”

One of the great things about Ontario is its diversity; Ontario’s public education systems reflect this diversity. Let’s give them the means to continue to excel.

The assimilation of Francophones is rising in Ontario, reaching a provincial average rate of 46% in 2011. One way to counter assimilation is more schools.
